18-24 Market Growth Strategy
In this collaborative Marketing Plan project, our team was asked to develop a 12-month plan to increase enrollment at Calgary Sport & Social Club (CSSC) in the 18-24-year-old age group by 25%. Our agency was given full autonomy on the strategy we were going to recommend to achieve this goal, meaning we could develop a new product, a new marketing strategy, or a new pricing strategy.
My primary role revolved around identifying factors that contribute to an 18-24-year-old choosing to join CSSC, development of the segmentation model, and the creation of social media mock-ups. I also shared the role of a designer with one other member of our team, meaning that we were fully responsible for the visual communication and assets, as well as the overall design of this Marketing Plan.
